Come learn how one teacher incorporated Sphero Bolt robots to enhance her third-grade science and reading curriculum. Using Sphero Bolts, two third grade classrooms demonstrated their understanding of the life cycle and shared resulting projects at a school-community event. Later, students used Spheros to highlight their learning of worldwide weather patterns and to develop the plot of a story. Interact with and discuss these and other exciting Sphero projects.
This session will provide an overview of a C3 Inquiry-Based lesson found in the new Nebraska Stories of Humanity Holocaust web resource considering US refugee and immigration policies after WWII and connects students to current issues.
